Coconut Oil

Kinda funny, 10 0z seems to be the magical number these days. I did do some coconut oil  yesterday, made a wonderful coconut curry shrimp with miracle noodles spaghetti. All I can report is it didn't make me stall. Happy to be down another 10 today again. Though its quite funny to me when I think about it
