Trader Joes low sodium fat free chicken stock (add water to lower sodium) Strips of chicken or ground beef (I use the trader joes soy mince beef, fresh scallion and thyme and add veggies of your choice. I also put 1/2 teaspoon of coconut powder for creaminess (less than .5gr of fat) 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of psylliumm husk powder for thickening! I have seen others using coconut oil and having good results. I haven't used that yet. Maybe I will try it later in the round so i can report on how it goes.
