Update and Curry Coconut Shrimp Recipe

Down 3 and a half pounds since starting back 2 days ago.. I feel also a massive BM coming on heeeeee which is great as that means so more los that didnt get reflected due to waste in y system. As i was only guessing I lost 1 pound yesterday, i guess it doesn't matter hehe because between then and now is an dditional 1.5 pounds. I have done really well sprinkling coconut powder on just about everything, it makes things so tasty and creamy and is truly my life savior.
Iwill post pics later of a lovely curry-coconut shrimp pasta.
1 package of tofu miracle spaghetti noodles
100 grams of shrimp
1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1 chopped scallion, 1 chopped clove of garlic, some habanero, fresh thyme
Dash of adobo or mrs dash
Saute all the above till cooked except noodles. Turn heat off. Wash noodles thoroughly and add to pan stir  noodles in sauce. to finish off, sprinkle in some coconut powder and chop a few chives and fresh ground pepper. Sometimes I add a sprinkle of fat free feta cheese also. you cannot believe HOW good this tastes!
I use the Tofu-based shirataki-style noodles as the regular miracle noodles have to much of a wirey text texture.. this is why i also do not cook my miracle noodles, they only need a little heat and they get that after rinsing with warm water and adding to the sauce in the end
