VERY EXCITING NEWS
I will be documenting my friends progress.. she has 140 pounds to lose.. cannot wait to post pictures and information.. she is on day 4 and has dropped 13 pounds thus far..

JUST CURIOUS - feel free to post and answer :-)
If you had a best friend, or sister, someone you trusted who was pregnant.. would you collect their pee and do the HCG enima? And before you get grossed out.. please note that fresh pee is actually sterile.. you would be surprise which countries use this as wound care to prevent infections.. (as your pee naturally releases your own personal vitamin/nutrients)

Ahhhhh some cool news I just heard
Ha OMG.. so you guys know I am maintaining and coaching fitness for beachbody.com (I am sure you have seen the infomercials, p90X, slim in 6 etc) whaaaaaaaaaaaa!
Just found out that our CEO at BeachBody recently met with PRESIDENT OBAMA. Guess how the First Lady has achieved her sculpted arms? P90X!!!!! OH YEA, BABY!

VERY EXCITED
Sooooooo! you have done HCG NOW WHAT??? So some of you know that I have been doing Beach Body work outs and actually I am a Beach Body FITNESS COACH (www.beachbody.com) my specialty is Slim in 6, Turbo Jam and P90x (though this one is tuff, I wouldn't say my specialty rather trying to master this program)
Ooooooo! I am off to the beach body summit in chicago and gonna get Turbo kick certified so if you are in the NEW YORK AREA and wanna join me in a work out yessss do it.. just email me! BTW my coaching is FREE.. as with my coaching with HCG!!!!! Pretty exciting actually me and Tai have been going to people's house and just getting them motivated and amped up about getting toned and fit
I have maintained REALLY amazingly after HCG and have really transformed my body with my workouts! I really want to encourage you guys to really keep cranking it out and not lose your focus after HCG.
So, one of the things that I have continually been researching is... OK!!! What happens with FAT GAIN.. I mean what is really going on here? One of the things I have come up with is.. we are just not getting enough nutrients and our bodies are in a desperate rush eating and eating just to get these essential nutrients :-((((.. I mean great you lose the weight after HCG then what? you know? That is what has been puzzling me with folks that have been reaching out to me... Now here is the freaking irony! I am a BB coach that has been totally ignorant.. I have been incorporating shakeology into my daily routine and the thing that I loved about it is that i get regular bowel movements!!! but I never really took the time to investigate this product..:-(((( I have to say i am truly wowed... And super excited about thissssss!!! I have put my friends and son on it.. as I do with anything that I get excited and feel 100% about..
Listen I get really passionate about things that I truly believe in that work.. as you can tell already from my blog.. I could go on and on about Beach body and shakeology but let me spare you my PASSIONATE VERBAL VOMIT and direct you to the site... DEFINITELY CHECK IT out and watch what DOCTORS are saying..
