After 2 VLCD Update

Day 1 after VLCD I lost exactly 2 pounds.. I have to say it was disappointing! In the past it was usually 2.8-3.5 pounds. I was feeling yesterday like my body had betrayed me! I really had to go into my head and do some releasing and clearing. What were the facts? It then dawned on me that while I had a perfect VLCD

Holy Crap! Pre-load 136 after load eh ehm 140! I didn't stress it thought because I knew I had to go to the bathroom from all that food I ATE during the load and that everything  is going to be awesome in this round..
I definitely have a detox headache... but so far so good. My front looks pretty decent and realizing after taking the back photos I noticed where all that extra weight went to, some back fat and whatttt I am sporting a ghetto booty! Awesome LOL! Its all good, really excited!

Nothing to report today other than feeling really full in my tummy and sooo uncomfortable! Lost of peeing. So far so good with the inter-mountain HCG. I want load day to be over already! Remember to shower off all your oils 12-24 hours before you start your first VLCD. Pics and start weight to post tomorrow!

Higher Love - Fall in Love with YOU!

There are so many things I have fallen in love with about myself over the last couple of years. For me, this whole new round will be yes HCG, but its a fall in love with the process too. Those of us who have battled with our weight knows what it feels like to battle loathing and discouragement. I am encouraging you my darlings to fall in love with you! No one deserves your love more than you, it is a process of peeling away the layers that you believe define you. All those moments you experienced that was so difficult. I am in no delusion/illusion as to how difficult that may be. I after all have gone through it. You do not have to wait for your perfect body to fall in love. Start now, start today. Each day is first about you. Look in the mirror and tell your self you are beautiful. Even if you are tempted to look away, or it brings up painful things, tell your self 3 times a day, eventually you will get there, I promise.
